Whilst Bespeak Consulting is a new business, it comes from years of experience, innovation and development.

My years of consultancy, training and facilitation within the finance and mining sector have enabled a harmonious and ironic blend with my education in  life-coaching, presentation skills, communication skills and behavioural profiling.

The distillation of all of this experience has enabled a unique skill set and perception for my clients and the businesses I work with.

Bespeak is focused on effective communication to enable a greater sense of connection within the workplace. This creates a shared sense of belonging, which contributes to the overall success of the organisation and a better experience for its customers.

We spend a third of our lives at work, yet we are becoming more increasingly disconnected from our companies’ values, each other and more importantly ourselves.

Kath says, “I want to help individuals before they get to the point where they want to leave, like so many of the clients I worked with in the last 7 years. I want to help companies and their leaders to keep the incredible staff they are losing unnecessarily.
