An Introduction To Bespeak
Kath Essing is the founder of Bespeak and has had over 15 years of business consultancy experience prior to starting her own business 7 years ago.
This business - Integrated Heart- specialised in business coaching for women, assisting individuals to find themselves so that they could be of service to others both personally and professionally.
This successful on-line business enabled a coastal life in which Kath could prioritise her availability to her young children. During this time, she authored the book ‘The Journey to Self’ which was published based on the experience of thousands of women who were both clients and attendees of events the company facilitated.
There is a natural progression in this industry, and it is not possible to continually assist others to achieve their success without upscaling one’s own vision. Kath is now ready to expand this teaching and assist men and women within organisations globally.
the focus of Bespeak
Bespeak is focused on effective communication to enable a greater sense of connection within the workplace. This will harness a sense of belonging for all which will contribute to the overall success of the organisation and a better experience for its customers.
We spend a third of our lives at work, yet we are becoming more increasingly disconnected from our companies’ values, each other and more importantly ourselves.
Kath says, “I want to help individuals before they get to the point where they want to leave, like so many of the clients I worked with in the last 7 years. I want to help companies and their leaders to keep the incredible staff they are losing unnecessarily.
“How do I do that? Through training, I facilitate employee connection and a shared sense of belonging. Using a model created and have been using for 3 years, effective communication becomes a pivotal focus for cultural change. Each person in the training gains a greater understanding of themselves and each other. In turn, this streamlines business success and enables a greater sense of belong for the employees within it.”
